1. Who we are

Sendinel is an email operations platform operated by Desler Digital Enterprises LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). Our principal place of business is Kaneohe, Hawaii.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use Sendinel.

Account information

• Name, email address, and password (if you register with email)
• OAuth profile data from Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in with a social provider
• Organization name and billing details when you create an organization

Usage data

• Email campaign metadata (send counts, open rates, click rates)
• Feature usage, page views, and interaction events within the dashboard
• IP address, browser type, and device information (collected automatically)

Contact data you upload

• Email addresses, names, tags, and custom metadata for contacts you import or create
• Email content you compose or generate using Sendinel

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Sendinel platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To deliver email campaigns and sequences on your behalf
• To generate AI-powered email content and segment recommendations
• To monitor platform health, detect abuse, and enforce our terms

4. Third-party services

We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate Sendinel:

• Authentication: Supabase Auth (account management, session tokens)
• Database & hosting: Supabase (PostgreSQL database), Vercel (application hosting)
• Email delivery: Resend, SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, or Mailgun (depending on your project configuration)
• Payments: Stripe (subscription billing, payment processing)
• AI: Anthropic (email generation and natural language processing)
• OAuth providers: Google, GitHub, LinkedIn (only if you choose to sign in with them)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records). Email campaign analytics may be retained in anonymized form.

6. Data security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored API keys and credentials, row-level security on all database tables, TLS encryption in transit, and rate limiting on all API endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Cookies

Sendinel uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected server-side.

9. Children's privacy

Sendinel is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of Sendinel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
